All items are shipped via USPS; international orders will be shipped USPS International First Class. Once your order has shipped, a notification will be sent to your email with tracking information. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs or import duties that may incur during international shipments.




If, for any reason, you or your pet is not completely satisfied with any of our products, notify us within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund (with the exception of custom orders, which are non-returnable). Please note that returned items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition (i.e., no pet hair) and received by us within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as lost or damaged returned items; we highly recommend choosing a shipping option that provides tracking. Once we receive the returned item, the cost of the item plus tax (minus initial shipping costs) will be credited to the credit card used for purchase.
