Weekday evenings, to me, are for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of work. Bollini, on the other hand, thinks this to be the perfect time to wake up after a long days sleep and run around the house like a lunatic. While this in itself usually provides us both with some entertainment, he quickly loses inspiration and looks to me for some sort if amusement. And since I consider myself the smarter of the two (Bollini disagrees), I usually take it upon myself to invent some kind of game for us to play together.
One of our favorites (again, Bollini disagrees) is a game I refer to as “Tube on Tail”. It’s a simple, yet challenging game in which you follow your cat around and try to put a paper tube on their tail. All you need is an empty toilet paper or paper towel roll, a cat and a healthy sense of determination. The only rule is that you cannot touch the cat except with the tube. Sounds easy, right? Then grab a cat, a tube and try it out for yourself!
